In some ways a porcupine can be just as dangerous, but either way, I'm not sure that there's much they could have done in the middle of the night in sub-zero temperatures without any real weapons. I'm getting the feeling that Johnny Raven really knows how to take care of himself (and the boys) in the wilderness.
ReplyDeleteThis episode reminded me of the time I had a bear outside my tent one night in Colorado. It helped me to understand how frightened they must have been.
I think that a bear is probaly hibernating and it's to cold out.
ReplyDeletei think they would have to just run or something but a bear is faster so im not sure waht they would do actually.
ReplyDeleteI think that they would have got Johnny up and he would have wrestled the bear. The pory-pine would have been as dangerous as the bear because if they had steeped on it then they would have had a hurt man and it would have been hard for them to do things.
