Chapter Twenty-five

Toward the end of their arduous climb, Otter and Foxfire seemed to reach a new understanding or appreciation of each other.  What is that understanding or appreciation and how do you think it came about?

  1. I think that Otter realized that foxfire really was a hero on the mountain and that not all his dreams come true so Otter was thinking that he has to just live the path of life that they already are on. He also realized that his uncle cares about him a lot and that he would never let him die.

  2. I think that that came to be because uncle foxfire was helping otter a lot mire and otter was at least talking to him and foxfire seemed to be the hero that he was in the three willows.

  3. well, i think otter appriciates foxfire more now because Otter realized that it is alright if u slip and lie here and there but, foxfire is responcible, when he says he will do something he does it right.

  5. I think that Otter realized that foxfire wasn't lieing about everything and that when foxfire makes a mistake or does something wrong he fixes it and keeps on going he doesn't just quit.
